The rainy season starts in mid-March and ends in late May, and what if it rains on the safari?
There is also a short rain season of two weeks in November. Contrary to beliefs, it does not pour down all day long, but one can expect rain showers in the early mornings and in the evenings. Normally, it doesn’t affect the game viewing. If you are planning on going on a camping safari, be prepared for the rains, and bring waterproof gear.
Our tents are all waterproof and can stand heavy showers. 

For Mountain trekking and climbs on Mt. Kilimanjaro and Meru, you can expect snow in the rainy and cold season. It is still possible to do the trekking and climbing.
