Train with Us, and stay in one of our six private guest rooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom, and a shower. KATA also have other rooms, including accommodations for staff athletes, an office, massage room, Runners Lounge with a large TV screen, an Olympic-style Dining Hall, a laundry room, a kitchen, and a spacious courtyard.

KATA is exclusively for athletes focused on improving their race times, setting personal records, or aspiring to become better Athletes. The KATA team brings extensive experience to guide you. Training sessions cover a range of distances, from sprints, 100 meters, middle distances, to ultra-marathons, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your development. The team of 20-28 Kenyan athlete’s trains alongside our guests, creating a motivating atmosphere.
Cultural Immersion:
Beyond physical training, KATA offers cultural experiences that immerse you in Kenyan traditions and local running culture, providing a holistic, enriching stay.
